1. SERVICES:

Contentpreneur Inc. ("the Company") provides a comprehensive training program (the "Program") designed to help our members achieve their business goals. The Program may be subject to updates or revisions at the sole discretion of the Company.


2. MEMBERSHIP TERMS:

Membership is valid for the duration specified during enrollment ("Membership Term") and will automatically renew for additional periods of the same duration unless either party provides notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current term.


3. PAYMENT TERMS:

By enrolling in our Program, the member agrees to pay the membership fee according to the payment terms and pricing presented at the time of enrollment.


4. MEMBER'S COMMITMENTS:

Members agree to use the Program in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the Company's policies and procedures. We expect members to provide constructive feedback and maintain a positive contribution to the Program.


5. CONFIDENTIALITY:

All information shared within the Program is considered confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without the express consent of Contentpreneur Inc.


6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All materials and content provided within the Program are the exclusive property of Contentpreneur Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights or licenses are granted to the member, except as explicitly outlined in this Agreement.


7. REFUND POLICY:

Please note that all payments are non-refundable, and the member is responsible for the full payment of Program fees, irrespective of Program completion status.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Contentpreneur Inc.'s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid or payable by the member for the current Membership Term during which the event giving rise to the claim occurred.


9. GOVERNING LAW:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming.


10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to mediation. If mediation proves unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration following the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
